Vincent is a Fellow of Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of Life Management Institute and a
Fellow member of MFPC.
Vincent had held CEO, CFO and Chief Actuary position for various life insurance
companies in Asean. Vincent was President of Life Insurance Association of Malaysia
(LIAM), President of Actuarial Society of Malaysia (ASM), Chairman of Asean Insurance
Council ( AIC),and President of East Asia Insurance Congress ( EAIC ). He was
Chairman of Malaysia Life Reinsurance Group Berhad (MLRe), and Board members
of Malaysia Rating Corporation (MARC) and Malaysia Institute of Insurance (MII).
Vincent was extensively involved in MFPC since 2009. He was in MFPC national
council (2009-2011), President (2011-2013), and (2019-2021), Immediate Past
President ( 2013-2015), Deputy President (2017-2019), Deputy Chairman of MFPC
certification & CPD Board (2017-2019), and Chairman of MFPC certification and
CPD Board Technical committee ( 2017-2019).
